About the Role As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Dentally Australia, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping dental practices embrace, expand, and excel with Dentally’s cutting‑edge cloud technology. You’ll be a trusted partner guiding practices through adoption and ongoing success, helping them leverage automation, analytics, and communication tools to achieve measurable results such as: Reducing no‑shows and cancellations through automated patient communications Improving patient retention and engagement Saving staff time and increasing reliability by automating administrative tasks Boosting practice revenue and enhancing patient experience through smarter use of technology Beyond driving adoption, you’ll focus on expansion and long‑term value creation, helping practices continually discover new ways Dentally can support their growth, while introducing complementary Henry Schein One products that further enhance efficiency, profitability, and patient satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape Dentally’s expansion and market presence in Australia, contributing directly to both customer and business growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Success, Adoption & Expansion Guide new and existing customers through a structured success journey, from post‑onboarding to long‑term optimisation. Help practices unlock Dentally’s full potential across automation, diary management, analytics, and reporting. Build strong, enduring relationships that foster retention, advocacy, and account expansion opportunities. Identify and act on opportunities to introduce additional Henry Schein One solutions that deliver measurable business value and support sustainable growth. Partner with internal teams, including Onboarding, Training, Product, Support, and Sales – to share insights, improve the customer experience, and drive innovation. Collaborate on growth initiatives and campaigns that strengthen Dentally’s footprint across Australia. Participate in webinars, training sessions, and industry events to showcase best practices, customer outcomes, and success stories that demonstrate the value of Dentally and Henry Schein One. Use data and insights to track customer health, measure adoption, and identify expansion opportunities. Guide customers toward achieving key performance goals that align with business growth and patient experience outcomes. Manage your customer portfolio efficiently using platforms such as Gainsight and HubSpot. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consultancy, ideally within SaaS or healthcare. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills across varied customer environments. A consultative, data‑driven approach with the ability to translate insights into meaningful action and measurable impact. A proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and passion for helping customers succeed, grow, and expand. Experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) is advantageous.
