We’re looking for a practical, hands‑on Yard Coordinator to join our passionate team at our Ecohub facility in The Gurdies. About the Role If you’re a jack‑of‑all‑trades who enjoys variety and working with a supportive, close‑knit team, this role could be for you. The Yard Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly, supporting both the build team and construction administration. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, proactive and happy to jump in wherever needed to keep things moving. Key Responsibilities Load and unload containers and trucks Record incoming goods and check deliveries against purchase orders and project specs Maintain stock security and conduct regular inventory checks Prepare and coordinate daily materials for trades Assist with preparation of work areas (e.g. scaffolding, build footprints) Maintain a clean and organised yard and store area Conduct and record equipment inspections and maintenance Liaise with Department Managers, Project Managers, Forepeople and Leading Hands Perform periodic maintenance on display homes and gardens Assist with offsite rectifications as required What You’ll Bring Current driver’s licence and White Card Forklift licence and confident, responsible operation OH&S knowledge or willingness to learn Carpentry background preferred Strong understanding of small tools and equipment maintenance Residential construction or related industry experience Self‑motivated, organised, and able to meet deadlines Personal Attributes Strong communication and organisational skills Integrity, reliability, and initiative Positive attitude and sense of humour Team player with commitment and motivation What We Offer Full‑time role, 7am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday 40‑hour week (38 hours paid + 2 accrued toward RDOs) Opportunity to be part of an award‑winning sustainable builder Supportive, down‑to‑earth team environment.
