Customer Experience Specialist
, is responsible for all customer enquiries. Our Specialists key focus will be on maintaining excellent customer service while delivering a high level of sales success
. The role will see you:Pre-qualifying all leads to ensure first time right practiceProviding high quality customer service to all customers via phone (inbound/outbound), Live Chat and emailConduct lead generation and sales callsAssist customers with their online vehicle purchase journey, from initial inquiries to final sale.Actioning all customer enquiries in a timely manner adhering to service levels.Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services to ensureEnsure attention to detail and adherence to set standards and instructions in entering customer information and securing customer information in our CRM.About you:Proven experience in a sales environment – handling outbound and inbound callsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAwe-inspiring customer service abilityStrong influencing and negotiation skillsDemonstrates resilience and perseverance to achieve individual and team outcomesDemonstrated proven ability working in a fast paced, fun, agile environment.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a gregarious team.Exceptional organisation, planning and execution skillsWillingness to learn and continually developAvailable to work a rotating roster across 7 days.Benefits and working for us:Enjoy more time doing that you love with additional days off
