Senior Contracts Administrator – Quality 23 level unit project Initial project – $60M, 23 level high quality unit project at Main Beach on the Gold Coast Be the lead CA on this project, have an Intermediate CA and Cadet underneath you. Excellent, Gold Coast focused building contractor Salary from $170,000 – $190,000 + Super + Bonus Great culture – professional, respectful and focused on a positive working environment STRICTLY Monday – Friday Working Week Start in Dec 25 or Jan 26 Great opportunity for an experienced Senior level Contracts to work on a high quality unit project on the Gold Coast. This business, who are emerging as a leading building contractor for high quality unit projects on the Gold Coast are a head contractor, building unit projects on the coast between 15 – 30 levels and always of a high quality finish. Due to another project on the Gold Coast secured and a buoyant workload ahead they are looking to recruit a strong Senior level Contracts Administrator to work on this high-quality 23 level unit project located on Main beach Responsibilities Contract management Cost reporting and forecasting Letting of Contracts Construct (D&C) projects Project Coordination Assess progress claims and subcontract payments Sub-Contract Contract Variations Preparing and submitting variations to the client Qualifications At least 10 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator working on high value unit and commercial projects with established tier 2 contractors or/or developers. Experience across unit and aged care projects – deemed highly desirable. Have been a head / lead CA on similar type projects previously. Must have worked for builders / builder developers in Australia. Must have been a CA on multiple $30M+ high rise unit projects. Worked for reputable, established, systems driven contractors. A strong communicator, with good written and verbal skills. Will reside on the Gold Coast, or close by commutable areas.
