Contracts Administrator / Senior Contracts Manager Factor Constructions is seeking a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Manager to join our high-performance project delivery team. About the Role As a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll be a key driver of our project performance. You will support (or lead, depending on experience) tendering, estimating, procurement and contract management to ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include: Managing contracts, variations, progress claims, and EOTs Supporting or leading tender and estimating processes, including pricing analysis and recommendations Conducting site inspections and overseeing procurement, schedules and cost control Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project managers to ensure smooth delivery Identifying potential risks, defects, cost issues or delays early and keeping commercial reporting accurate Maintaining contract documentation using Simpel, ensuring clarity and compliance Providing commercial insights that improve financial outcomes and protect project margins About You – Skills & Experience You’ll thrive with us if you bring capability, ownership and a proactive mindset. You ideally have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract administration within commercial construction A Degree or Cert IV in Construction Management or Contract Administration (advantageous) Strong understanding of contract law, cost control and risk management Ability to read drawings, complete take-offs, and assess contract requirements Experience managing variations, claims, delays and contract compliance Clear communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders A desire to grow with a builder–developer and be part of a tight, high-performing team Why Factor Constructions?
