About Avive Health is a clinician‑led, trauma‑informed mental health provider delivering modern, innovative care across Australia. Cloud Clinic is our virtual mental health hub designed to connect patients with psychiatrists and soon other mental‑health professionals as we expand from a psychiatry‑only model to a multidisciplinary service. Why you’ll love this role Lead the transformation of Cloud Clinic into a national, multidisciplinary telehealth service Shape workflows, systems, technology and service delivery Hybrid role based in Sydney (2–3 days onsite) with consideration for other locations Supportive executive leadership and a values‑driven organisation Salary packaging, wellbeing programs and genuine growth opportunities What you’ll be doing Lead and run day‑to‑day national operations for Cloud Clinic – from strategic oversight to hands‑on management of administrative tasks Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing administrative team Oversee clinician onboarding across psychiatry, psychology, GP and allied health cohorts Optimise workflows, operational playbooks and technology systems Act as Halaxy subject‑matter expert (billing, scheduling, reporting, compliance) Oversee Coviu and Aircall telephony performance Ensure compliance with Medicare, AHPRA and privacy standards Drive KPIs, clinician utilisation, performance and patient experience Support Avive’s executive leaders with insights, reporting and strategy What you bring Experience managing complex healthcare or telehealth operations Strong regulatory understanding (Medicare, privacy, AHPRA, telehealth) A balanced leadership style – strategic, practical and willing to step into day‑to‑day operations when needed Recruitment, training and performance management experience Confidence in digital health systems (Halaxy experience highly valued) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
