About You (Essential Criteria) You're not just good at admin — you get things done. You're organised, adaptable, and love a challenge. 2–3 years' admin experience in a busy office A trades or construction background, particularly with contract admin or pre-start experience is strongly preferred for this position Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong computer literacy and confidence with new systems An eye for detail and the ability to read house plans A team player attitude who also thrives working independently If you're assertive, confident, and stay calm under pressure — while still bringing warmth and personality — you'll fit right in. Bonus points if you live within 30 minutes of Kardinya (and appreciate a good coffee).
