As the Manager, Risk Systems, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative digital solutions that empower our organisation to proactively manage risk and meet evolving regulatory demands. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Risk Governance, Systems & Insights, you’ll architect our risk technology strategy, drive system enhancements, and inspire a team of specialists to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient platforms. Key Aspects Of The Role Include Lead the development and execution of the risk technology strategy, aligning with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements. Architect and maintain integrated risk management systems across all business areas and risk domains. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance risk management capabilities and operational efficiency. Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and integrations to ensure seamless performance and minimal business disruption. Manage and mentor a team of risk systems specialists, fostering technical expertise and professional growth. Coordinate with enterprise IT and digital transformation programs to align risk technology initiatives. Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all risk management platforms. Establish robust system monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes. Manage vendor relationships, system maintenance, and technical issue resolution. Implement strong security controls and compliance frameworks to meet organisational and regulatory standards. This role is a permanent opportunity based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
