We are unique, contemporary, and bold, and we’re looking for an outstanding individual who shares our values and Christian ethos for the following role: We’re seeking a Community Relations & Events Officer to join our collaborative and creative Community Relations team on a 12‑month contract starting January 2026. This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in shaping the College’s public presence and community engagement through enrolments, marketing, communications, events, and alumni relations. If you’re highly organised, proactive, and love working in a collaborative environment, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while showcasing your creativity and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Provide project coordination across marketing, communications, events, and enrolments Assist with photo/video shoots, content creation, and social media updates Manage media permissions, file storage, and archiving Support major College events including Commencement Service, Valedictory, Blue & Gold Ball, and more Assist with Open Days, school tours, and promotional activities Maintain marketing calendars, newsletters, and promotional materials Provide occasional support to the Admissions team and respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism Key Selection Criteria Experience in customer service, administration, marketing, or event coordination Experience in educational or community engagement settings (desirable) Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, databases) Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and professional manner Excellent time and project management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Commitment to confidentiality and adaptability Alignment with the Christian values and ethos of the College Why Join Immanuel?
