Taipan is looking for our next Customer Relations Officer to join our team We can offer a permanent and ongoing position, a great supportive team, extensive training and ongoing opportunities If you’re interested in something a little different and enjoy working in customer service, apply now and see where Taipan can take you What you’ll be doing Promote open and regular communication with the Customer Relations Officers Team. Answer inbound telephone sales and general enquiries. Translate and data entry of sales quotes and orders for existing customers. Manage and process COD customer payments. Use a collaborative approach to resolve customer issues and complaints. Action orders in the sales inbox. To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following Confident in handling and answering phone calls Good problem‑solving skills Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary.
