Employment Type: Part-Time (32 hours/week), Ongoing Salary: Admin Grade 1 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About the Role The Best Experience Services Assistant provides day-to-day administrative coordination and consumer-facing support across the Best Experience liaison services: Wilim Berrbang - Aboriginal Health Unit, the Disability Liaison Service, and the Gender, Sex and Sexuality Liaison Service. This role ensures timely coordination of referrals, communication with referrers and liaison staff, and supports advocacy tasks as directed by each liaison team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and triage liaison service referrals from phone or electronic sources ensuring timely and accurate data entry and follow-up. Maintain accurate systems, databases and documentation across the consumer journey. Provide support for office operations including ordering equipment, managing stationery and coordinating consumer vouchers. Support liaison staff with communication, coordination and administrative tasks that contribute to effective advocacy and consumer navigation. Assist with team meetings, committee support, and ongoing service improvements aligned to the Best Experience Framework. Communicate with staff, consumers, carers and families in a culturally safe, professional and respectful manner. Collaborate with Wilim Berrbang, the Disability Liaison Service, the Gender, Sex and Sexuality Liaison Service, and broader Best Experience teams to ensure coordinated support for consumers. The Best Experience Liaison Teams Assistant is central to enhancing culturally safe, accessible and inclusive care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and other priority populations across Western Health. This role supports the organisation's commitment to equity, consumer voice, and person-centred care. About You This is a designated role.
