Specialised Resource Products and Services – Wangara WA As Production Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting smooth production workflows. This position coordinates production schedules, monitors production progress, liaises between the production team and sales department, and ensures timely delivery to customers. The role also assists with inventory tracking to help meet production targets and sales goals. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Generate stock forecast to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained. Raise work orders and print drawings for manufacture. Raise purchase orders for all functions of production: raw materials, sub-contract, tooling & workshop consumables. Complete work orders in ERP system ensuring all costs are accurate. Ensure operators are clocked onto the correct process. Organise inbound and outbound freight. Scheduling of the workshop and sub-contract. Review and maintain minimum stock levels. Office administration. Skills & Attributes Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, interpret technical documents, and make informed decisions. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication for reporting findings and collaborating with teams. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive in identifying issues, investigating root causes, and proposing effective solutions. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Integrity and Ethics: Committed to upholding high standards of quality and compliance. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Self-motivated and capable of effective collaboration. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work demands.
