Everlasting Painting is expanding, and we’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Finance & Admin Coordinator to become an important part of our team. This role would suit someone who enjoys numbers, systems, data integrity, and supporting a busy team with confidence and professionalism. If you want a role where you can take ownership of finance processes, work independently, and be valued for your accuracy and consistency, this could be the perfect fit. What You’ll Be Doing Financial Responsibilities Enter supplier invoices into our operating system and allocate correctly Prepare and process customer invoices Support cashflow management, debt collection, and overdue follow-ups Assist with reconciliations and financial reviews Maintain accurate job costing and financial data across systems Prepare weekly/monthly reporting summaries for management Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate documentation, job notes, and status updates in Prime Support the Project Coordinator and Supervisor with admin tasks Prepare job start packs, notices, and client communication Assist with scheduling support and timesheet follow-up Backup Customer Support (as required) Answer incoming calls Respond to customer emails/messages Provide polite, professional updates to clients Direct enquiries to relevant team members What We’re Looking For Experience in Xero Competent with numbers, data entry, and financial accuracy Strong communication skills — written and verbal Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks Confident with digital systems (Prime experience is a bonus, but we will train you) High attention to detail and strong follow-through A friendly and reliable team player Experience in the construction admin/finance industry is a bonus Why Join Everlasting Painting?
