You will be dealing with fascinating projects for clients from all sorts of industries, coordinating complex logistics, and solving interesting problems. Supporting the Director / Management Team Managing their world with discretion – calendars, emails, correspondence, travel, meetings Handling confidential matters with complete professionalism Preparing agendas and reports Being their eyes and ears across the business Running the office Being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and employees Managing systems, CRM administration (Shopvox), databases, records, documentation and project management tools (Trello) Filling the gaps in day‑to‑day running of the office Handling invoices, expenses and supplier relationships Coordinating meetings, events and logistics Overseeing facilities and office supplies Supporting the team with IT and administrative needs Being the go‑to person Building strong relationships across all levels Knowing who does what and connecting the right people Keeping things organised and running efficiently Bringing ideas for improving how we work What you bring 4‑6 years of solid office administrative experience – you've done this before and do it well 1‑year of CRM / project management / Microsoft Suite software experience – exposure to Shopvox or manufacturing CRM is highly valued but not essential Experience in a manufacturing environment will be valued Excellent judgement and discretion – you can be trusted with anything Outstanding organisation – you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping balls Proactive energy – you see what needs doing and get on with it Genuine people skills – you build rapport easily and handle tricky situations with grace Experience in regulated or compliance‑focused environments is valuable (we take safety and governance seriously) The practical stuff This is a full‑time 38 hours per week Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm, permanent position offering a competitive salary for your experience level.
