Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking, Wealth Management and Global Private Banking. In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end accreditation process of HSBC Brokers across TPM’s panel of broker partners while ensuring the process for accrediting new brokers is efficient, fit for growth and remains within HSBC’s compliance requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing the end‑to‑end accreditation process of HSBC Brokers across Broker Partnerships panel of broker partners. Ensuring the process for accrediting new brokers is efficient, fit for growth and remains within HSBC’s compliance requirements. Manage the HSBC Broker Accreditation inbox by handling a variety of requests ranging from new accreditations to suspensions, terminations, online training requests, face to face training requests and any other tasks related to the operational nature of broker partners ongoing requirements. Pro-actively promote HSBC through quarterly broker reviews. Increase accreditation numbers through pro‑active relationship and data driven initiatives. Ensure compliance to HSBC process and procedures with 100% CMA (Controls Monitoring Authority). To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business‑related field preferred. Administration experience preferably with knowledge of mortgage products, services and systems. Experience with a territory sales team and CRM systems. A positive, can-do attitude and the capacity to handle high volumes of enquiries and requests. Experience with data analytics through excel and CRM territory management systems. The ability to demonstrate initiative to focus on the important details to deliver a high‑quality professional service. Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills (both internally/externally). The ability to multi-task across a wide range of daily tasks and support requests in an efficient and effective manner. Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
