Senior P&C Business Partner | 12-month FTC | $230-250k + Super Levyl, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia $230,000–$250,000 plus superannuation. 12‑month fixed‑term contract. About the Company Our client is a global leader in financial services, known for industry‑leading digital banking, wealth management and business banking services. They operate in multiple markets worldwide with a strong track record of profitability and a commitment to innovation. About the Role This is a true business partnering role where you will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and uplift team capability. You will support key projects at a global and regional level, help with change and transformation initiatives, and deliver annual people processes. Responsibilities Design and develop the people strategy for the client group. Manage and deliver annual and cyclical HR processes including performance, reward, talent, succession planning and engagement. Support organisational development initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. Coach and guide leaders on employee relations matters. Work closely with HR CoEs on L&D initiatives, DE&I and culture. Provide data‑led insights to influence outcomes. Exercise thought leadership to inform best practice. About You – Key Qualifications Strong business‑partnering experience with senior leaders across the employee lifecycle. Proven track record in leading and enhancing annual people processes aligned with best practices. Ability to balance operational and strategic work while managing competing priorities. Experience in a dynamic environment and commitment to making an impact. Financial services experience is advantageous but not required. Process The selection process includes an initial meeting with a Levyl consultant, followed by three rounds of interviews with senior leaders. You will also complete psychometric testing and may be required to provide assessments and undergo background and reference checks.
