Due to growth, we’re currently seeking a highly motivated and organised
Customer Care Consultant
to join their team. In this role you will assist with managing the day to day requirements of their commercial client accounts to ensure customer advocacy, satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the expectations and provide a high level of customer support to clients by responding to queries and service related requirements.Conduct both inbound and outbound warm calls and convert sales opportunitiesPrompt escalation of any issues beyond scope and understanding of the roleProactively advise customers of issues affecting preventative or adhoc servicesFollow up on service recommendations and quotesMaintain regular customer contact cycles that meets both company and customer requirementsEnsure that courteous and prompt service is provided to all customer inquiries.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working in a fast paced and highly administrative customer service role or sales roleCommitment to delivering a high level of support and customer service to internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work autonomouslyTime management skillsHigh level of accuracy and strong attention to detailHigh level of organisationStrong computer skills including the use of Microsoft packages in particular excel along with the ability to quickly adapt to new softwareStrong written and verbal communications skillsA positive, professional and enthusiastic attitudeAbility to work in a team environment in order to meet relevant branch/team performance targets and KPI’s.
