What You’ll Be Doing Play a key role in transformation projects, working hand-in-hand with Technology, Veterinary, People, and Operations teams to shape solutions that drive change. Partner with leaders and teams across VetPartners to understand challenges, opportunities, and ways we can deliver more value Your first project will be to lead the design and development of capability-based workforce dashboards and reporting tools, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders in the business Translate complex data and technology insights into clear, actionable recommendations Map processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that drive smarter, more efficient ways of working Support project delivery with requirements gathering, analysis, and ongoing stakeholder engagement Champion a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and data-driven decision-making What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to large-scale transformation and technology systems Strong understanding of data systems and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Expertise in requirements gathering, process documentation and testing methodologies Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and data flows Familiarity with system configuration, data validation, and integration approaches A problem-solver’s mindset, with the ability to zoom in on detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can engage with people at all levels, technical or non-technical Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a large, complex business that is evolving quickly Experience in veterinary, health, or medical sectors will be highly regarded, but not mandatory At VetPartners, we’re more than just a company – we are united by our passion for animal welfare and excellence in veterinary care.
