About the Position Reporting directly to an experienced General Manager, the Senior Financial System & Modelling Analyst will be a pivotal force within a vibrant, collaborative team. This role drives the seamless delivery and optimisation of the Oracle EPM Planning and PCM systems, powering the Group’s reporting, budgeting and forecasting frameworks alongside cutting‑edge finance business intelligence. You will own end‑to‑end system architecture, ensuring robust maintenance, tight security and exceptional user support. With a focus on data integrity across source systems, you’ll craft sophisticated financial models, insightful reports and provide essential ERP and network access administration, all contributing to smarter, data‑driven financial decisions. Key Duties Work in close collaboration with the external consultant to design and develop EPM planning and PCM (where applicable), ensuring that proposed solutions are tailored to requirements and delivered within established timelines. Provide support in the design and configuration of reporting systems, applications and models, including Financial, Workforce, Capital and Projects, to effectively address RACV’s strategic planning objectives. Lead a thorough data migration from TM1 to Oracle EPM planning, ensuring all information is transferred accurately and meets business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, create functional specs, support testing and defect resolution, and consider impacts across workstreams in design decisions. Administer and maintain Oracle EPM Planning and PCM (Profitability and Cost Management) systems ensuring system availability, data integrity and optimal financial performance. Lead month‑end and year‑end data rollovers, model refreshes and consolidation processes. Support forecasting, annual budgets and multi‑year planning cycles. Develop complex financial models and reports for management reporting. Deliver end‑user training, support and troubleshoot relevance‑related finance system issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation and oversee compliance and audit‑related controls. Provide ERP finance system administration and support, including account set‑up and month‑end financial processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation in finance processes. Collaborate effectively with finance, technology teams and external vendors on system updates and process optimisations. About You For success in this position, we require a positive and inquisitive style; speaking to non‑technical stakeholders will come naturally to you, as will your technical Oracle EPM and PCM knowledge. Sharing this with non‑technical stakeholders on the project will be crucial. We are looking for people who come from internal implementations of EPM and PCM, who have some BAU capabilities. Experience supporting Oracle EPM Planning and PCM system or similar multi‑dimensional databases. Experience writing code to deliver operational efficiencies. Experience providing ERP finance administration support. Functional knowledge of finance activities such as management reporting, planning, forecasting, general ledger accounting, consolidation.
