National Scheduling Administrator

Black Mount Spring Water is the leading supplier of bulk spring water and transport to the bottled water industry throughout Australia. To support the ongoing growth throughout Australia, we’re looking for an individual that can think dynamically in co‑ordinating the delivery requirements of our clients and coordination of fleet movements to support this. You will be responsible for optimising the operations of our with scheduling activities throughout Australia. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and excellent time management skills, driving efficiency whilst constantly looking for avenues to improve processes. Black Mount has a fleet of 60 trucks throughout Australia delivering water Nationally to our clients from water sources in the region. Our operation runs 24/7 in line with client requirements whilst working within the confines of permit and local statutory requirements. Pre‑planning is a key element in the success of this role with client requirements being forecast in advance and monitored to ensure maximum efficiency of fleet movements to support requirements. This opportunity provides excellent lifestyle opportunities with an inclusive family style environment. The roster is based on a 4 day week including a Saturday or Sunday. You’ll work closely with the State Operations Managers whilst being mentored by Management ensuring ongoing training and support. The role is located at our main depot in Ballarat ( Millbrook). Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Manage and control the everyday running of the fleet schedule Agility in re‑allocating schedule as required Allocation and scheduling of loads Maintain driver rosters Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Continuously look for opportunities for improvement throughout the business The successful candidate will also have: Solid MS Office knowledge, experience with Freight 2020 & Truck telematics an advantage.
