More specifically, you will: Interpret tender, council, and supply authority documents to create detailed working drawings Produce site plans that balance client requests, compliance, and buildability Prepare CDC/DA documentation and construction drawings in line with developer guidelines, council, or certifying authority requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders including project coordinators, estimators, colour consultants, and the permits team Review and amend construction drawings as required Problem-solve drafting and construction matters with a focus on buildability and efficiency Manage related administration tasks in line with company standards About you You're detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and share our passion for being Australia's leading residential builder. You'll also align with our core values and bring: Experience using ArchiCAD for residential drawings Strong understanding of development approvals, construction processes, and buildability Certificate IV (or equivalent) in Architectural Drafting Residential construction project experience (advantageous) Knowledge of the NCC, housing codes, and relevant regulations Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills We are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
