The Position Teach Italian across Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging and effective language programs. Design and implement differentiated, inquiry-based learning experiences informed by contemporary pedagogy. Plan and deliver authentic assessment that supports student progress and achievement. Foster student wellbeing and engagement, supporting the social and emotional needs of young people. Collaborate effectively within the Languages team and broader faculty to enhance teaching practice and outcomes. Integrate ICT and participate in ongoing professional learning to enrich teaching, learning, and community contribution. This is a permanent part-time role, with exact load to be confirmed, commencing Term 1 2026. About You To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about the Italian Language, the ability to teach French and/or Spanish would be desirable, with experience in teaching across Years 7-12. You will be creative, flexible and have excellent communication skills with an ability to engage and communicate with various stakeholders. You will be capable of working collaboratively within a team environment and be committed to supporting the values of Wenona as you undertake your role.
