Workers’ Compensation Client Manager – New South Wales Our Human Capital practice provides consulting and advisory services across Safety, Accident & Health, Life, Workers’ Compensation Private Health Insurance, Wealth and Talent Solutions. We are expanding our national Workplace Risk team and looking for a Workers’ Compensation Client Manager to join us in New South Wales. As a key member of the team, you will provide outstanding client service, lead growth initiatives, and support the execution of our national Workers’ Compensation strategy. You will work closely with insurers, regulators, and internal stakeholders to reduce claim frequency and severity, and drive sustainable performance improvements. What The Day Will Look Like Support the execution of the national Workers’ Compensation strategy Lead executive key accounts across New South Wales and nationally Assist clients in reducing frequency and severity of claims through targeted risk improvement initiatives Implement growth and retention strategies for large accounts, including chairing strategic forums Use industry-leading data and analytics performance scorecards to drive strategic discussions Engage with Client Service Support, Claims, and Global & Corporate and National Broking teams Manage relationships with insurers, regulators, and internal brokers Skills and Experience That Will Lead To Success Demonstrated account management capability with timely and efficient action of internal measures Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with strong technical understanding of national Workers’ Compensation (policy, premium and claims management) Entrepreneurial spirit with proven success in executing growth strategies Strong network in the Workers’ Compensation insurance market Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Ability to work autonomously on projects and within a team setting Strong ability to engage stakeholders at varying levels How We Support Our Colleagues Our comprehensive benefits package, flexible working solutions, and inclusive environment help you manage wellbeing and work/life balance.
