About the Role As a Manager, we are looking for someone who has experience as a Manager, someone who is warm, friendly, confident and presents well. As part of your role, you will be the front of house, the first point of contact for greeting clients as they arrive. Having a welcoming persona and phone manner is essential you will be looking after a team of therapists along with the operations manager, and assisting her in her role. Your ability to build rapport and recommend tailored services will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities Able to Assist in training high‑end facial treatments, including: Hydrafacial, HIFU, Oxygen Therapy RF treatments, LED therapy, Microdermabrasion Skin analysis & personalized treatment plans Deliver an exceptional client experience in a luxury setting Educate clients on skincare routines & recommend products/services Support clinic growth by fostering strong client relationships Maintain a clean, professional, and hygienic workspace About You Language Skills: English, both oral and written Qualifications: Certificate IV (or higher) in Beauty Therapy Experience: Minimum 5 year in a similar role Technical Expertise: Hands‑on experience with: Skin treatments (HIFU, Hydrafacial, LASER, RF, LED, Oxygen Therapy, etc.) Facial & shoulder massage techniques Skin analysis & consultation Your Personality & Skills Polished & professional: You take pride in your presentation and professionalism Sales‑driven: You confidently recommend products & services tailored to clients Team player: You thrive in a supportive, high‑performance team Proactive & energetic: You bring a positive, can‑do attitude to work Client‑focused: Passion for skincare and luxury service is in your DNA What We Offer Luxury Work Environment: Join a high‑end medispa with a prestigious clientele Career Growth: Ongoing training & development to enhance your skills Competitive Pay: $80K-110K Annually inc Bonuses & Coms + Super Employee Perks: Highly discounted (some complimentary) treatments Supportive Team Culture: Work with like‑minded beauty professionals Work Schedule Employment type: Full Time, Monday-Friday Ready to Join Us?
