About the Role This is a high-impact, senior sales and growth role for a proven franchise recruitment or business development performer. As National Network Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind Clark Rubber’s franchise growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own end-to-end franchise recruitment performance, from lead generation through to conversion, while also managing leasing, resales, relocations, and renewals across the network. This role suits someone who thrives on closing complex deals, influencing high-calibre candidates, and delivering measurable growth outcomes at a national level. What You’ll Be Responsible For Own and drive franchise recruitment lead generation and conversion performance Manage the entire franchise recruitment lifecycle within budget Develop and execute strategies to improve lead quality, velocity, and close rates Lead franchise recruitment advertising, campaigns, events, and expos Track, analyse, and report on recruitment KPIs and campaign ROI Identify and assess new store opportunities and site viability Negotiate leases, renewals, relocations, and commercial terms Manage resales of existing franchised businesses Ensure seamless handover of new franchisees to Operations and Training Provide clear, monthly reporting on network growth and performance outcomes About You You are a commercially sharp sales professional with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals. You bring Strong background in sales, business development, or franchise recruitment Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Confidence negotiating at a senior level and influencing decision-makers A data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen High levels of organisation, accountability, and follow-through Comfort working directly with the CEO and executive leadership Retail or franchise experience (essential) Property site selection and lease negotiation experience (essential) Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally as required Why Join Clark Rubber?
