Their innovative products and solutions in the Neurovascular and Peripheral Vascular fields are at the forefront of medical advancements. The role This is a brand new additional headcount and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join their successful team in Melbourne. As a Territory Manager for, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share in the Melbourne/ VIC region. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including neurovascular specialists , neuroradiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular Surgeons and hospital administrators. Your focus will be on promoting their neurovascular/ peripheral products, technical case-support and providing exceptional customer service to ensure the best patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Technical case support within the Cath Lab when required Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders. Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and regulatory affairs. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. About you Bachelor\'s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical device preferably in a niche therapy area (Neurovascular, Vascular, Structural heart, Interventional, Cardiology, Cardiac etc.) Open to top performers from Orthopaedics and Spine looking for a change Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
