Join to apply for the Business Development Manager role at SRG Global The Role SRG Global is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive growth and lead technical specification activities within our Engineered Products Division in Queensland. This pivotal role will involve managing client relationships, delivering technical presentations, providing engineering advice, conducting site product training, and coordinating all aspects of the sales process across the QLD market. We offer flexible working arrangements as this role will require regular client/site visits. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for a driven and capable individual who combines technical expertise, industry knowledge, and a hunger for growth. The following attributes will set you up for success: Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering (strongly preferred). Your engineering background will enable you to confidently engage in technical conversations with engineers and clients. Proven experience in sales within the construction or building products sector . You should have a track record of supplying products to commercial building and/or civil infrastructure projects, ideally with an established network of clients in Queensland. A proactive, growth-oriented mindset . We\'re seeking someone who thrives on business development. Someone who can independently identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive long-term value for the business. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with management in establishing and recommending realistic sales goals for the company. Manage an assigned sales area and product lines to maximise sales revenues and meet corporate objectives. Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales prices in consultation with Management. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams for the assigned territory. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in the assigned company’s products. Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. Implement all sales policies, practices and procedures. Collaborate with Management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in target product lines. Interpret short and long-term effects on sales strategies and operating profit. Improve company image by establishing programs/seminars in areas of new account sales and growth, multi-product sales, profitability, and effective sales support. Collaborate with Products team members to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses. About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
