City of Melbourne, Österreich Bell & Bone Vollzeit

Location: Southbank with parking, hybrid Employment Type: Full-time. Experience: Minimum 3 years in-house Who We Are At Bell & Bone, we’re on a mission to shake up the pet food industry — and have a whole lot of fun doing it. We’re passionate about making a positive impact on the health and well‑being of pets, and we’re proud to be part of a community of responsible pet owners who demand better. We’re challenging the old way of doing things — taking on the big corporations that prioritise profit over pets — and creating innovative, natural, and effective healthcare products that truly make a difference. Today, we’re proud to be the fastest‑growing pet dental care brand in Australia, stocked nationwide across all good pet specialty retailers. We’re known for doing things differently, pushing boundaries, having a laugh, making our community feel good, and, of course, delivering products that work. Why Work With Us Our brand is vibrant, real, and refreshingly different. Everything we create — from our website and social media to PR boxes, digital and print assets — reflects that spirit. We move fast, think big, and always look for creative ways to stand out. If you love variety, fresh ideas, and seeing your work come to life, you’ll thrive here. You’ll be joining a small, passionate team, working closely with our Founder, Senior Designer, E‑Commerce Marketing Manager, and Marketing Co‑ordinator. Must love dogs and/or cats (but let’s be honest, who doesn’t?). About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Campaign & Events Operations Manager to join our small but mighty team and take the lead on planning, scheduling, and delivering every marketing campaign and brand event—online and offline. In this role, you’ll be the engine that keeps our marketing efforts moving. You’ll build a clear, strategic 6–12 month marketing calendar, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure every launch, activation, and event is executed with precision. If you love seeing a plan come to life from concept to completion, this is your dream role. Reporting into the Business Operations Manager, you’ll fully own your area and play a pivotal role in shaping how we show up as a brand. If you’re excited by the idea of building seamless campaigns, elevating brand experiences, and being the operational heartbeat of a growing business… we want to hear from you. Your Responsibilities Develop and manage a structured marketing and events calendar, covering both online and offline campaigns and activations 6–12 months in advance. Oversee campaign delivery from planning through to execution, maintaining alignment with brand and business objectives. Coordinate across departments including marketing, design, content, and sales to ensure clear communication, timelines, and accountability. Manage the logistics, scheduling, and delivery of events and brand activations (including digital campaigns, trade shows, partnerships, and in‑person experiences). Implement efficient processes to improve collaboration, consistency, and on‑time delivery. Track progress against deadlines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered successfully. Report on campaign and event performance, sharing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage relationships with external partners, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution. Lead regular team check‑ins and project updates to maintain visibility and accountability across teams. Who we love Someone who lives and breathes organisation — calendars, timelines, workflows… this is your love language. A natural planner who gets a thrill from taking big ideas and turning them into structured, actionable plans. Calm, clear‑headed, and solutions‑focused — especially when things get busy (because they will, in the best way). Detail‑obsessed, picking up the small things others miss and keeping everything (and everyone) on track. Proactive and forward‑thinking — you don’t wait to be asked; you anticipate what’s needed next. A strong communicator who brings teams together, keeps everyone aligned, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and adapts quickly when plans shift. Process‑driven but never rigid — you refine, improve, and streamline how we work. Passionate about bringing campaigns and events to life with precision, polish, and genuine excitement. Joyful, collaborative, and genuinely excited to help build a brand that does things differently (and have fun while doing it). Skills required Strong background in marketing operations, campaign coordination, and online/offline event management. Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Process‑focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and follow‑through. Experienced in budget management, project tracking, and performance reporting. Confident working collaboratively across teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industry: Manufacturing We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
