We are seeking reliable and motivated BOH staff to join the central kitchen team in Fitzroy and Richmond and support daily production operations. What’s in it for you? Supportive and structured working environment. What do you do? Basic food prep and ingredient handling. Mixing sauces and following kitchen instructions. Assembling sandwiches efficiently and consistently. Maintaining clean, tidy and food‑safe workstations. Working in a fast‑paced production kitchen environment. Shifts approx. 3:00 PM–1:00 AM. What do you need? Previous BOH or kitchen‑hand experience. Availability across the full work period. Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Good teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable working at pace and standing for long periods. A positive, can‑do attitude.
