In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts and play a key part in maintaining Bapcor’s strong cash flow and customer relationships. You’ll handle high-volume collection activities, ensure customers meet trading terms, and work closely with our operations and finance teams to resolve account queries quickly and effectively. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and has a strong customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned customer portfolio across multiple ERP systems. Drive timely and effective debt collection to minimise aged debt. Handle customer queries and account reconciliations promptly. Support adherence to Bapcor’s trading terms and credit policies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain accurate data and meet month‑end deadlines. About You Experience in a high‑volume collections environment. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial literacy. Proficient in Excel and confident using multiple ERP systems. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Highly organised, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused.
