This fast‑paced environment rewards top performers You will be part of a vibrant Collections Centre focused on supporting customers across different stages of delinquency, proactively engaging with them through phone, email, letter, and SMS to deliver timely and effective solutions. In this full‑time role you will manage accounts as a portfolio to ensure the best solutions for customers. Collection actions should remain customer focused with a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities Drive first call resolution and offer customers solutions to meet financial obligations Adhere to Collections, Debt and Consumer Protection guidelines Contribute to department targets Work on more complex collection accounts and propose solutions Seek approvals as needed for further collection actions Who We’re Looking For Customer service focused with strong communication abilities and adaptability Debt collection experience in financial services, utilities or services a plus Passion for high performance and exceeding expectations Proven ability to handle complex collection accounts Available to work shifts between 7am to 6pm weekdays, with flexibility You will be contributing to Nissan Financial Services vision to be the financier of choice.
