This is a great opportunity to work with major grocery accounts in a supportive, collaborative environment with career progression opportunities. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end collections for assigned grocery accounts, ensuring timely cash application and accurate reconciliations. Proactively reduce overdue balances and maintain AR aging targets, resolving issues through retailer portals. Investigate and resolve EDI invoice delivery errors and deduction queries promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and building strong stakeholder relationships. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements. About You +3 years experience in Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable within FMCG or similar high-volume environment. Strong reconciliation skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP and retailer portals preferred. Knowledge of EDI invoicing and ability to resolve errors effectively. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Collaborative team player with a focus on accuracy, continuous improvement, and customer service.
