The Account Manager Opportunity Are you an HR Business Partner that’s wanting to explore a more fulfilling, diverse, and rewarding opportunity? This role could be exactly what you’re looking for We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who’s looking to transition into an Account Management role. The Account Manager role is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for managing a number of Martian Logic’s key enterprise accounts. This exciting career pivot will enable you to fully utilise your technology skill‑sets and exceptional people skills. Your key responsibilities will be predominantly increasing revenue/share of wallet within your customer accounts, as well as customer retention. This is a ‘high touch’ role, most of your energies will be focussed on liaising with key SLT's/ELT's, typically HR Directors, CPO’s, CIO’s etc. This could genuinely be the life‑changing career move you’ve been searching for. The Ideal Candidate 5+ years experience gained as an HR Business Partner, wishing to explore a new and exciting challenge (whilst still remaining within the HR sector) You are very comfortable communicating/presenting to c‑suite executives, you have an innate ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships You are commercially savvy, and you’re often recognised for your superior commercial/business acumen Ability to plan and forecast, creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding & retaining your designated customer accounts Key characteristics and personality traits should include self‑motivation, energetic, drive, hunger to learn/further develop your skill‑sets, creative, solutions driven mindset, tenacious, and resilient Why Martian Logic? Why This Role? Salary, dependent on experience between $120,000-$150,000 + super (OTE circa $200,000-$250,000) . Uncapped commissions.
