SentinelOne is expanding its Professional Services team and seeking a seasoned SIEM expert to lead post-sales engagements focused on our AI-powered SIEM product family. Your mission goes beyond implementation—youre here to help customers detect faster, respond smarter and realize the full potential of their investment in SentinelOnes platform. As a core member of our delivery team youll guide customers through the end-to-end implementation of SentinelOnes AI SIEM. Youll work closely with security and IT teams to ingest telemetry, normalize and enrich data, configure detections and align security workflows across hybrid or cloud-native environments. Your consultative style paired with strong technical and communication skills ensures every deployment is tailored, effective and aligned with each customers unique goals. What will you do Deliver implementation enablement and advisory services for SentinelOne AI SIEM and related technologies. Consult with customers to build collaborative architecture success criteria and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives. Experience working in secure environments and regulated industries such as government and defense with the ability to deliver compliant and effective solutions that address client needs. Work with customers as a trusted advisor helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management and product usage; identify and suggest new opportunities for applying the technology. Empower customers to take on the next wave of questions on their own. Collaborate with Service Delivery Partners enabling them to provide the same level of service to our customers. Represent and advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally. Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience. Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation. What skills and knowledge should you bring Ability to design, implement and deliver secure solutions that align with regulatory compliance and security needs. Solid understanding of risk management, data protection and compliance frameworks relevant to regulated sectors. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders on sensitive projects balancing security requirements with business objectives. Possess a customer-centric approach; you enjoy working with customers and establishing strong relationships. Prior experience in a Professional Services Engineer / Implementation Engineer role or related field services (pre-sales, customer success, etc.) Adept at managing customer expectations that results in high customer satisfaction. Project management skills including coordinating resources within and outside of the company. Strong background with SIEM (Splunk, Devo, Qradar, Exabeam, etc.), big data platforms (Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.), data lakes (Snowflake, Databricks), streaming analytics (Kafka) and/or log management (ElasticSearch, SumoLogic, etc.) Exposure to SOAR platforms (Cortex, Swimlane, Torq, etc.) Some code writing proficiency is desired (C, C++, Shell, Perl, and/or Python). Experience with RegEx and writing parsers. Background in cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google) and technologies such as Kubernetes. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Experience in communicating with customers from diverse cultures. Detail-oriented and analytical. Strong team player but still a self-starter. Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly. Ability to travel to visit prospects, customers and partners on occasion (no more than 25% and as required). What will set you apart from other candidates Training and enablement services delivery experience. Experience building content including dashboards and detections. Experience in developing third-party integrations for data ingestion. Experience delivering solutions in highly secure and regulated industries including government and defense in alignment with Five Eyes (FVEY) requirements. Current or prior government security clearance (Baseline NV1 or higher) with proven ability to operate effectively in sensitive environments.
