THE ROLE You will be speaking with qualified property investor leads , sourced from ads, finance arm sales and other channels. Your job is simple: Lead the conversation – Diagnose their goals – Close the deal – Hand the client over to our finance and acquisition team. This is a consultative, high‑ticket closing role , not a pressure sale. WHAT YOU’ll DO Run booked strategy & planning calls via Zoom Understand investor goals, barriers, and risk profile Guide prospects to a clear and confident decision Manage your pipeline inside HubSpot with discipline Work closely with marketing & acquisitions to continually refine conversion Hit and exceed closing KPIs Maintain 20‑30%+ close rates WHO YOU ARE You’ve closed high‑ticket offers ($10k–$20k+) or property/finance deals You have 2+ years of proven closing experience in high‑value transactions You communicate with confidence – direct, calm, credible, human You handle objections while building trust and authority You self‑manage at a high level and operate like a professional You’re competitive, hungry, and hate being average You take ownership – you don’t wait for instructions You have full Australian work rights WHY JOIN PROPERTY AVENUE?
