Job Summary South Melbourne Poultry is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy poultry retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for product selection, stock control, pricing, budgeting, staff supervision, marketing activities, and ensuring high operational standards.
