General ManagerSkilled in QISBC | HSE | CRM | SRM | PSPF MBN Services is seeking a HR and Compliance Manager to join a small but productive team to mature the existing integrated management system (ISO) and to manage the HR function. Job Purpose The HR and Compliance Manager position is entrusted with national people and compliance management of the business. The HR and Compliance Manager will undertake a combination of tasks and responsibilities including HR and Compliance process development, administrative duties, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting the General Manager as required. This is a key leadership and managerial role in ensuring an effective and efficient, and compliant workplace. Currently this is a hybrid role covering two different but related business functions. As the business grows this role will eventually split into two, creating an opportunity for progression. Accountabilities Management Systems Develop and maintain effective and efficient management systems Ensure ISO compliance and certification and participate in yearly compliance audits (external). Review and make recommendations for relevant certifications. Ensure internal audits of business operations, own the internal audit process and provide advisory to management in relation to best practice and structure that aligns with the adopted ISOs and frameworks. Manage HR administration Ensure efficient and effective HR operations business wide Monitor and identify areas of improvement business wide Manage ongoing administrative tasks Identify and assist with driving continuous improvement initiatives Ensure a sound workplace environment business wide Participate in the business WHS committee Review HR suite of documents yearly to ensure alignment and relevance to current laws etc. Compliance management Ensure companywide compliance in operations, including staff and business compliances with the help of the rostering manager Flexible work arrangements will be considered for the right applicant.
