Product Owner – Corporate & Institutional Banking Join to apply for the Product Owner – Corporate & Institutional Banking role at NAB . In the role of a Product Owner , you will join Tech Assets & Insights Servicing C&IB that’s doubling down on moving with speed and winning together. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap. Accountable for the success of squad outcomes. Collaborate with squad members to refine features and user stories, including defining acceptance criteria. Work closely with the Scrum Master to manage backlog and participate in agile ceremonies. Communicate and engage with stakeholders outside the squad. Protect squad members to enable focus and avoid context switching. Resolve problems and create product collateral. Monitor results and feedback to drive improvements. Own one or more products/services of limited to medium complexity. Interact with diverse stakeholders to understand demand while keeping the customer voice front of mind. Manage aspects of the product lifecycle, including financial targets and risk management. Detect and address product issues early. Monitor product performance using metrics that demonstrate customer outcomes (e.g., satisfaction scores, complaints). Drive the continuous improvement and delivery of AML and KYC journeys within FenX, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimising onboarding and refresh processes, and partnering with tech and business stakeholders to proactively address emerging requirements. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Tertiary, Post Graduate qualifications preferred. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Extensive experience working in Agile environments. Comfortable in leadership roles, including facilitating workshops. Strong ability to innovate, adapt, and quickly learn new skills. Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycles. A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
