If this sounds interesting to you, we’d love to hear from you The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding Zone & Co’s customer base across the APAC region. This role requires a motivated self-starter who excels in identifying prospects and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS or ERP sales and thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment. What You’ll Do Prospecting and Lead generation: research, identify and qualify potential target accounts across APAC, that fit our product set and ICP Hyper personalised targeted outreach: bring new ideas, innovate, adjust and update messaging to suit ICP and GTM. Leverage phone, email, LinkedIn and new ideas to generate leads. Campaigns: Run targeted outbound campaigns aligned with territory plans or verticals. Lead qualification: work with prospects and your sales team to ensure leads meet ICP, BANT and MEDDPIC requirements Personal development: enablement of Zone solutions, market trends, compliance laws, ERP changes will be an ongoing requirement. Participate in regional go-to-market (GTM) activities, events, and trade shows. CRM Management: Salesforce Hygiene and lead generation strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives and enhance customer value. Market Insights: Gather and share market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform business strategy. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the SaaS or ERP industry. Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales KPIs in B2B environments. Strong understanding of NetSuite or ERP software preferred. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
