About the Role As a key member of our Operations team, you'll work alongside our Operations Manager to ensure smooth operational flow, from processing deliveries to coordinating with distribution warehouses, while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Process orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Send and track orders to distribution warehouses, maintaining clear communication Organise and coordinate transportation to schedule inbound and outbound shipments Liaise with freight carrier to achieve on time pick‑up and dispatch to the correct customer locations Support the team with stock transfer processing and source cost‑effective logistics services Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and product information Provide excellent customer service through various channels (phone, email, in‑person) Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly General office administration Experience & attributes: Minimum 2 years' experience in operations coordination or similar role in FMCG industry Ability to follow procedures and be a team player who can work independently and contribute positively to a team Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Solid organisational skills, high level of accuracy and efficient data entry Familiarity with ERP system (SAP as advantage) Fluency in both English and Cantonese (advantage) #J-18808-Ljbffr
