Social Media & Administration Coordinator - Join the Staffpower team Are you creative, organized, and passionate about digital marketing and administration? Staffpower are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Administration Coordinator to help drive our online presence and support our growing recruitment operations. This could be either a part time or full-time role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with one of the region's largest recruitment organizations. About the role You will be the engine behind our digital voice, brand consistency, and administrative efficiency. Your role will be split across social media management, digital content creation, document control, recruitment administration support, and executive assistance to the managing director. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative work and organized office administration — no two days will look the same. What you'll be doing Social media, digital marketing and website management — managing Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms. Create engaging visual content and job advertisements using Canva. Run Meta advertising campaigns, including targeting and optimization. Reception, email coordination, appointment scheduling, and general office duties. Assist with recruitment administration including onboarding and candidate documentation. Organize and streamline digital storage across relevant platforms. Apply consistent branding to company documents, and maintain version control. Assist with event planning, staff functions, and business activities. Executive assistant support including diary management, meeting coordination, and other non‑work related admin tasks. What we are looking for Strong capability across major social media platforms. Skilled in Canva and Meta Business Suite. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Confident, well‑presented, and able to maintain confidentiality. Energetic and passionate personality.
