As such, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiasticPeople and Culture Business Partner to support our NSW manufacturing sites.The People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner will focus strongly on the delivery of the People Plans and generalist P&C partnership onsite at our Erskine Park facility, while also working with the P&C Manager at our Moorebank site to extend support.What you will do:Partner with People leaders providing support, coaching and advice on all HR related mattersSupport the site and team with Industrial Relations matters, including EA negotiations and interpretationManage and investigate complaints and grievances to maintain a positive and productive work environmentSupport and drive HR initiatives such as engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession planning etc. as part of the wider People PlanSupport hiring managers through site-based recruitment processes, ensuring selection is aligned to business capability requirements and cultural alignmentSupporting the full employee life cycle including onboarding, training and development, performance management and offboarding.Provide advice on the interpretation and practical application of HR Policy, procedures, guidelines, and employee relations issuesContribute to continuous improvement of HR practicesEnsure data and HR records are maintained and work closely with our COE's (payroll & people services)About YouTertiary qualifications in Human resources, Business, or related field (preferred)3+ years' experience in HR working in a blue-collar environment is desirablePrevious experience with SAP, Kronos and SuccessFactors is desirableStrong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skillsStrong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)Strong attention to detail, time management and coordination skillsAdvanced computer skills (Microsoft Office essential)Why Goodman Fielder?With sites spanning across the Australasian region, working as part of a highly driven leadership team at Goodman Fielder, you can expect the opportunity to build your own home-grown career across functions, locations, and brands.You will be working within an open and highly cross functional environment allowing you full exposure to our daily operations.In return for your passion and success, we will reward you with a competitive remuneration package and help you to achieve personal and professional growth and development.For more information on this job opportunity or other roles available at Goodman Fielder, please visit our careers page.
