Milestone Information Technology – Melbourne VIC Milestone IT is partnering with a retail chain in Melbourne as they embark on a major SAP transformation program. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive SAP Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key project milestones across a fast-paced, high-visibility program. About the Role As the SAP Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers, SMEs, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities across the SAP program. You will be the glue that keeps schedules aligned, documentation up to date, risks tracked and stakeholders informed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination experience and exposure to SAP environments who wants to step into a large, complex retail transformation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities across SAP workstreams Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs and resource allocations Organise workshops, stand-ups, steering meetings and prepare supporting materials Track progress, dependencies and upcoming deliverables Assist with status reporting, governance packs and project documentation Liaise between technical teams, business stakeholders and vendor partners Support project governance, change control and quality assurance processes Monitor risks/issues and follow up on action items Ensure alignment with overall program timelines What You Bring Experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst, ideally in SAP or ERP projects Strong understanding of project governance, documentation and reporting Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic retail environment High-level communication skills and confidence managing schedules & dependencies Experience in large-scale retail, supply chain or HR/payroll projects is highly advantageous Why Join?
