We’re a small and mighty team looking for a friendly and organised Customer Success Exec to join our team This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and working in a warehouse environment. Our community is comprised of small business owners, creatives, local sports teams and community groups who are looking to get their message out there. We’re all about turning around orders quickly and with high quality prints that stand the test of time, because we know in 10 years’ time you’re still wearing that same pub crawl tee as pjs. With our new Print on Demand capability we’re expanding our customer service capacity to help our dropshipping community feel supported. Based in Australia, we’re keeping things local and sustainably so through investing in our people and creating something great together. About You You’re a strong communicator with a background in a customer facing role who enjoys solving problems. Don’t have experience in the merch industry? That’s ok, our priority is finding someone who fits our team culture, and the rest we train along the way. Must Have Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Great problem solving and conflict resolution abilities skills Ability to work across order tracking and management systems Desire to champion customer concerns and ensure that feedback is captured and reported on effectively Day to Day Friendly ear to customer concerns and responsiveness to quality concerns Collaborate with teams to ensure correct fulfilment of orders within the required timeframe Ideate and contribute service improvements based on customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and dropshipping store owners, acting as their primary contact Nice to Have Proven success in Customer Support within the retail, e-commerce or SaaS environment Experience in creating customer retention strategies How to Apply Please send your Cover Letter and Resume to ******@theprintbar.com Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
