Security Operations Manager

Secureguard is seeking an experienced and driven Security Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our venues, static sites and security staff across NSW. This key leadership role is responsible for maintaining compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Practices (SWPs), while delivering exceptional service. The Security Operations Manager will also provide high‑quality administrative and HR support to ensure the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the business. Key Responsibilities Administration & Scheduling Oversee staff scheduling and roster management across all sites. Provide general office support, including correspondence, filing, and record‑keeping. Human Resources Support Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining staff records. Support staff training, development, and performance management processes. Operational & General Support Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries and operational requirements. Conduct weekly site visits for client liaison, staff performance checks, and uniform/presentation standards. Support compliance with all workplace policies, procedures, WHS obligations, and licensing requirements. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an operations or senior management role. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and support staff. Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting at all levels. High level of organisation, attention to detail, and follow‑through. Ability to plan ahead, prioritise, and respond to issues in a timely manner.
