Job Description SGS is seeking a Billings Officer to join the dynamic team. This role will be located in the Australian Head Office in Perth and will be a hybrid role working in both the office as well as the opportunity to work from home. Responsibilities include, however not limited to: compiles, computes and records billing, statistical data, and other numerical data for billing purposes. Complies with Internal Control System throughout the billing process. Reports and escalates any deviation or gaps in the process. Assist, coordinate and cooperate with business to ensure the quality and timing of invoicing. Receive, analyse, and issue credit note request in line with the approval process. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following: Demonstrated experiencein large volume processing, including: Billing in multiple business units with multiple profit centres and price lists. Billing in multiple entities and currencies. 2-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Advance skills within Microsoft Office Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
