Applications are invited for a 14 months Leave Replacement position of Compliance Officer . This position is being offered as a fixed term and full-time position. The position is available for commencement from 27 January 2026 and will conclude on 9 April 2027. The Compliance Officer at St Peter's College provides leadership within the risk and compliance areas to ensure the College meets its legislative requirements. Responsibilities Actively support the Catholic Identity of the College Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation including VRQA, BARR, OHS and implement robust procedures accordingly Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance or regulatory roles Work as part of a collaborative team Exercise excellent interpersonal and communication skills Manage tasks with minimal supervision Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders Experience in a school environment is highly desirable Qualifications Minimum qualification of a Diploma in a relevant field Demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and the safety and wellbeing of children Current employee Working With Children Check and National Police Check In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, from 7 July 2025, the salary range for the position is Category A, Level 4 Education Support Staff which ranges between $93,880 – $106,933 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
