Investment Governance Manager

Company : Mercer Investment Governance Manager We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Governance team at Mercer Investments. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Lead and manage effective governance processes for Mercer Pacific Investments ensuring the highest standards of probity regulatory compliance and best practice. Administer compliance processes with legal and regulatory obligations maintaining charters policies and corporate records in line with ASIC APRA and other requirements. Oversee the coordination and delivery of Board and Investment Committee meetings including reporting workplans decisions and communications with stakeholders. Provide strategic governance advice and foster a culture of good corporate governance across Mercer Investments Pacific. Support investment committee strategy review evaluation and other governance programs as required. What you need to have: Minimum 5 years of experience in company secretarial and governance duties. Strong knowledge of corporate governance legal compliance and company secretarial responsibilities. Experience with ASIC APRA and asset management regulatory frameworks is an advantage. Proven ability to prepare and guide high-quality minutes and papers for Board and Investment Committee meetings. Qualifications in law business governance commerce or related company secretarial studies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and gravitas to advise senior leaders. Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work outside regular hours when required. What makes you stand out: A genuine interest in company governance and regulatory compliance.
