Our focus is on consistency care and creating an experience guests enjoy returning to supported by a team that takes pride in what they do. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Baker or Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team and lead our bread pastry and dessert offering. This role suits someone who enjoys early starts works with precision and consistency and takes pride in classic techniques done well. You will play an important role in shaping our daily offering and supporting service across the venue. Your Role Prepare and bake daily breads pastries and desserts for service Produce consistent high quality items that align with our menus and brand Manage doughs mixes proofs bakes and finishing with care and attention Support menu development for seasonal pastries and desserts Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to plan production Maintain clean organised work areas and strong food safety standards Manage stock levels ordering and prep planning for your section Contribute positively to a calm supportive kitchen culture What You Bring Minimum two years experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of baking pastry and dessert fundamentals Ability to work independently and manage your own prep and production Good time management and comfort with early morning starts High standards of cleanliness organisation and food safety A team focused attitude with a genuine passion for craft and consistency What We Offer Support from an experienced and hands on leadership team A stable role in a growing coastal venue Opportunity to contribute creatively to menus and development A workplace built on respect teamwork and clear communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
