Empress Trading Pty Ltd – Winston Hills NSW Empress Trading Pty Ltd seeks a motivated Marketing Specialist to join its operation in Winston Hills, NSW. The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in the marketing team, providing day-to-day marketing functions. The ideal candidate will do all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support and will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset to brainstorm and implement new initiatives. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following task and duties: Developing social media strategy for our brand Executing the social media strategy and managing the social media channels Managing the written and visual content for the company's social media sites Reporting and measuring engagement across social media channels to assess the effectiveness and impact of our social media strategy. Create and organize social media campaigns while supporting the companies’ objectives. Interpret and predict current and future clients' trends based on data. Collate historical data on clients' needs and preferences to forecast probable demand for new services or updates. Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms. Conduct marketing data analyses, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns. Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data Presents findings to the administration to develop new marketing strategies and campaigns based on a detailed analysis of market forces Works with the administration and supervisor to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information. Develop means of measuring the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, including advertising and communications strategies. Applying statistical modeling (for pricing), monitoring performance, regular reporting to the company's management and providing insights; Planning, developing, executing and coordinating advertising campaigns (including media, creative and budget); Researching demand, analyzing market characteristics, advising on strategy and identifying market opportunities. The successful candidates will have the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in marketing/brand management on hospitality goods is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of all social networking platforms Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and provide accurate ROI reports on marketing spend Be a highly skilled communicator who enjoys developing multi-media content with a particular focus on web marketing activities Be a team player with a genuine passion for building a successful career in a progressive and customer-focused environment.
